By now, you know I thrive on making our hero pieces do more. So if a basic tank can double as a ‘going out’ top, then that’s the kind of shit that gets me jazzed. And take it from someone who spent over two decades in corporate fashion - there are NEVER enough ‘going out’ tops. Not in the market, not in our closets. Not nowhere.

When I was Head of Merchandising at Veronica Beard, buyers were always begging for more ‘going out' tops. It got so absurd, I asked the design team to make a graphic tee that said “Going Out Top” across the chest just to hand out at market. We never went through with it, but you get the point. I mean, there are only so many ways to slice and dice a silk halter top. Ya know?
