Better Than a Tee
Comfortable tops that make your most casual pants look like you actually tried, and an evolution of le sandwich.
We've been very focused on the drawstring pant lately, and for good reason. But this post is about upgrading your top instead. The same track pant or drawstring pant can feel completely different depending on what you put on top, and the tops I'm talking about are comfortable enough to compete with a basic tee. We're talking shape, texture, something actually interesting to look at. And they work with a flat, which frankly is non negotiable.

This knit tank is so comfortable, it is genuinely as easy to wear as a tee but doing so much more. I took the detachable belt from a pair of pants and tied it over the top to add some interest and shape. I'm generally very into wearing belts over things that don't have belt loops, even more traditional belts. It just does so much by adding structure without having to worry about extra heaviness in the heat. The texture in the knit and the pattern on the bag add two more layers of interest without adding any effort.
